This is where it all starts

Transfers opened up, a real boost port, and a much improved intake

And a High Performance exhaust port

Cutting the sleeve at the base of main transfer ports for just a little more
airflow

Mechanically plugging an exhaust bleed port with 1/4 aluminum rod before welding
for racing. Plugging the bleed port and filling in "the trench" in the
exhaust port roof.

Stock RD350 and early RD400 exhaust gaskets crush and restrict the size of the effective
exhaust
outlet. Here for racing I have welding in the gasket area recess eliminating the gasket
and
giving a beautifully smooth transition from Exhaust port to flange (Right
Side finished).
